Job Requirements:

Possession of a North Dakota CDL is preferred, but we are willing to work with you to acquire a CDL in a timely manner. Qualified candidates must possess a solid work ethic with the ability to provide great customer service, reliable attendance, and the ability to heed direction to learn and grow. They must also have the ability to work well with employees.

We are searching for individuals who want to learn and grow and be a part of our company for the long haul. The position requires working in all weather conditions, although the trucks are heated and air-conditioned. The position will be a combination of garbage and recycling route collection with an automated truck, as well as Hook-Lift roll-off container placement and removal. The position will require some maintenance of the equipment.

 

Benefits:
North Dakota Recycling and Sanitation is currently offering a sign-on bonus of up to $4,000, with the amount dependent on full or part-time  employment. This bonus will be paid out equally every six months for a two-year period.
