9/3/2026: Ellendale garbage & recycling pick-up moved to Sundays for Sept-Oct

Due to the road construction in Ellendale, we are moving garbage and recycling pick-up from Tuesdays to Sundays to stay out of the way of the construction crews and to do our pick-ups safely and more quickly.
